Coming Together for a Cause: Winter Market 2025

This year’s Winter Market brought the WAB community together in an extraordinary way. With over 4,500 attendees, the campus buzzed with energy and the shared spirit of giving back. Through the event an amazing 153,600 RMB was raised  to support our community partners! 

Organized and run by Parent Link, the Winter  Market featured 84 vendors, offering everything from handmade crafts and artisanal goods to global flavors and festive gifts. Generous support from 18 sponsors made the event possible, while 19 community partners joined to share their missions and benefit from proceeds supporting meaningful work in Beijing and beyond. 

A highlight of the day was the student presence: 14 groups showcased their creativity, passion, and commitment to service. From booths to performances to helping run activities, students brought a vibrant, student-led dimension to the Market. Parent Link volunteers and families were also out in force, welcoming attendees, supporting vendors, and adding warmth to the day. 

The stage came alive with student and community performances, filling the gym with music as people browsed the rows of booths. The raffle also drew enthusiastic crowds, celebrating winners who took home prizes donated by our generous sponsors. The raffle alone raised over 50,000 RMB. 

From laughter and lively shopping to delicious food and joyful moments shared between friends, families, and neighbors, Winter Market 2025 captured the heart of the WAB community. Every volunteer, sponsor, partner, student, vendor, and attendee contributed to making this one of our most successful markets yet.
