Join Us for WAB’s Annual Community Picnic

Mark your calendars, WABbies! We’re thrilled to invite the entire WAB community to our Annual Community Picnic on Saturday, August 30, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tiger Field. 

This much-loved tradition promises something for everyone family activities, great food, and the chance to connect with friends old and new. 

What to Expect

• A lively morning on Tiger Field filled with games and activities.
• Delicious food stalls 
• Plenty of opportunities to relax, connect, and celebrate as a community.

Detailed Schedule

• 10:00 am - Welcome, ES Playground opening and exploration outside the ES atrium. Thrift Market and Book Fair open in the ES Gym
• 10:50 am - Tiger Dance leading to Tiger Field
• 11:00 am - Family Games start on Tiger Field
• 12:00 pm, noon- Live Music and Lunch

Thrift Market & Book Fair 
Happening alongside the picnic in the ES Gym, the Thrift Market is hosted by our high school clubs and the Book Fair hosted by Roundabout. This is a wonderful chance to shop for second-hand treasures, give pre-loved items a new life, and support a great cause. Helpful Reminders for Parents 

• Dress children in swimming clothes, and don’t forget sunscreen, hats, sandals, and refillable water bottles. 

• To ensure everyone’s safety, please do not arrive early. Supervision and event setup will only be in place from 10 am.
