Intercultural Day 2025: We All Belong

Intercultural Day 2025: We All Belong

“Music is one of those things that everyone understands, no matter what language you speak.” With those words from our student MCs, WAB’s first whole-school Intercultural Day since 2019 kicked off, a celebration of culture, belonging and connection.

From the opening band performance to the colorful Indian dance, students, parents, and teachers shared their talents and traditions to showcase the rich diversity that makes WAB special. In classrooms, hallways, and outdoor spaces, the campus came alive with cultural displays, games, food tastings, and opportunities to learn new traditions and languages.

The highlight of the day was the Belonging Walk, where students, staff, and parents circled Tiger Field together. Each step was a reminder of what our student MCs shared: culture is what makes us unique, but it is also what brings us together.

The day was a vivid expression of WAB’s values of inclusion, respect, and global citizenship. Thank you to every student, parent, and teacher who made Intercultural Day possible.

Together, we celebrated our diversity and the one thing we all share: that We All Belong.
