Tuition & Fees

(Please indicate: Invoice Number as “INWAB2425-XXXXX” or Student Number on the Remittance Advice to facilitate prompt and accurate recording.) 

Bank Card Payments

• Overseas debit/credit cards will incur an extra fee of 2.8% for Visa/Master cards, 3% for AMEX cards and 3.5% for JCB cards.   

• Local credit cards will incur a fee of 0.6% on the total amount transferred, debit card plus an additional administration fee of 20RMB on each transaction.   

• All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer. 

For withdrawal of students from school, please notify the Admissions Office in writing via admissions@wab.edu.

• The Application Fee (2,100 RMB) is not refundable.  
• A 30,000 RMB portion of the annual tuition is not refundable.  
• The Enriched Inclusion Program Fee (if applicable) is not refundable.  
• The remaining tuition fees, after deducting the non-refundable 30,000 RMB portion and Enriched Inclusion program Fee (if any), are referred to as “Grade Level Tuition Fees.” 
• Partial refunds of the Grade Level Tuition Fees are available if a written enrollment withdrawal notice is submitted to the Admissions Office according to the schedule. Notices sent to teachers, counselors, and principals will not be accepted. 

*The Grade Level Tuition refers to Annual Tuition Fees after deducting the non-refundable 30,000RMB and Enriched Inclusion Program Fee if any.

• If a withdrawal notice is received on or before May 30, 2026, and the student does not attend any school days, 100% of the refundable portion (Grade Level Tuition Fees) will be refunded.   
• If an adequate written enrollment withdrawal notification is received as per the above schedule and the student will be attending classes for a period of time in the school year, 10% of the Grade Level Tuition Fees will be charged for each month attending WAB, regardless the number of school days attended within the month.   
• No refunds will be issued for withdrawal notifications received after November 30, 2026, regardless of when the student was enrolled. 
• The original WAB fapiao must be returned to the Finance Office before any refund can be processed, along with complete payment instructions.  
• The approved refund will only be made to the original tuition fee payer and must be claimed within 3 months of the student’s last school day.  
• All bank fees and charges are the responsibility of the original payer. 

For withdrawal of students from school, please notify the Admissions office in writing via admissions@wab.edu. After notification of withdrawal is sent to Admissions, a refund request should be directed to Finance in writing via fapiao@wab.edu.

Fapiao is issued for WAB tuition fees only. Please send an email to WAB Finance via fapiao@wab.edu to obtain a Chinese official electronic Fapiao.

• For corporate account payments, fapiao will be issued in the original payer’s name and the company tax code is required. Please indicate the student name, student number, and payment amount for the fapiao. 
• For personal account payments, please indicate the fapiao title, company tax code (if the fapiao is under company name), student name, student number, and payment amount for the fapiao. 
• Fapiao will only be issued after full payment of the total year’s school fees.
