New Art Reflects WAB’s Continued Commitment to Community Health

As we enter the winter months, it’s important to maintain the strong health and safety practices that keep us all well.

New colorful and age-appropriate posters are going up throughout the school buildings to remind students and staff of the key messages: wash hands, wear masks, maintain social distancing and report to a nurse when feeling ill. In the Elementary School, the designs feature a new cartoon rendition of the WAB Tiger.

“As we enter cold and flu season, we encourage all parents to speak with their children about the importance of keeping themselves and their classmates healthy, especially from COVID-19,” said WAB's Epidemic Nurse Coordinator Dawn Guo said. “The more we talk with each other and remind each other about the importance of these health protocols, the safer our community will be.”

Please have a look through the new art work, refresh yourself on WAB’s four pillars of health and safety, and check the Health Services tab on the WAB Parent Portal for the most up-to-date and detailed information.
